REFUND and RETURN POLICY:
We will be happy to accept returns on any item shipped if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, within 30 days from the shipment date. However, please ensure that the item is still in the original packaging and in an unused condition. If the packaging is damaged we will charge a 10% restocking / repackaging fee.
Please note that any shipments that are returned as undeliverable through no fault of ours will be charged a 10% restocking fee as well as the shipping charges that were lost in the failed delivery. All items are listed as free shipping but it does cost us to ship the item so any returned items will have the delivery fee that we actually paid deducted from the refund amount.
As soon as we receive and inspect returned items we will promptly issue your calculated refund amount.
