Clear plastic tube with silver plastic end caps. Caps have grey foam inside. Dimensions: outside diameter tube 22mm (0.87 inches), overall outside length 154mm (6.06 inches), length without caps 136mm (5.35 inches) this is usable inside length since foam has a center hole allowing to hold items stable inside the tube. Beautiful light blue glass rocking elephant ink blotter (blotter attached) made by Houze Glass Company?, 5oz, approx 4" x 2" x 2". No scratches, cracks, or other blemishes. Blotter attached with two metal bands, one of which is broken in the middle but still holds the blotter (which obviously could be removed).
