The Pilot Parallel is a major breakthrough in calligraphy pen design.
The "Parallel" nib consists of two parallel plates, allowing the writer to create much sharper lines than with other calligraphy pens. It can also create gradated colors by transferring ink from one pen nib to another, allowing two different ink colors to then be used from one pen nib. Pen set contains 6.0 mm Parallel Pen (Blue Cap), 2 ink cartridges, converter for cleaning pen unit, nib cleaner, instructions and care guide. Made in Japan.
Pilot Parallel pens are available in 4 nib sizes with color coded caps:
1.5 mm (Red); 2.4 mm (Orange); 3.8 mm (Green) and 6.0 mm (Blue) Pilot Plumix Fountain Pen, Purple, Medium Nib
The Pilot Plumix italic nib fountain pen. Cap screws on to protect the nib. Comfortable 3-sided grip. Uses the standard Pilot/Namiki fountain pen ink cartridges (available in our store under Pilot Refills & Accessories). One Pilot/Namiki ink cartridge (blue ink) is included with the pen. Made in Japan.
