"Payson's Indelible Ink For Marking Any Fabric With A Common Pen."  Listing is for the box and the bottle of dried ink.  Payson's located in Northampton, Massachusetts.
The box shows wear, with some delamination on the "Follow These Directions" side and a torn hinge on the end of the box. The ink is dry. See pix with penny for condition issues.
